Vendor Application Procedures
Step 1 – Discuss booth location by e-mail or call Bill Brown at Home: 519-740-7487 or Cell: 519-221-1790
Step 2 – Fill out application and insurance form
Step 3 – Send filled out forms either by email to bbrown@rmillargroup.com
Step 4 – A deposit for booth payment must accompany the application
Step 5 – Once the application AND deposit have been received, then location of booth space will be confirmed.
