Zac Halliday

Born into a farrier family, both his mother and father were farriers, it seemed inevitable that Zac Halliday would also follow in the footsteps of his parents. Having spent innumerable hours in barns as a young child, by the time he was 17 he was already trimming his own horses. Since then he has apprenticed and learned and continues to learn from many prominent farriers in Ontario including Cathy Lesperance, Tristin Miles and Justin Argent.

Zac regularly attends Farrier conferences in both Canada as well as the U.S. and is a member of the AAPF . He believes in continued education and staying on the cutting edge of new techniques and procedures along with the tried and true methods of the well seasoned and experienced farriers. Zac now partners with his father, Wade Halliday and together they service the South and Southwestern Ontario region.
